Very unique, between normal second and extra third distillation, the batch is infused with roasted corn. Produces a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. Body sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke.
This stuff is so good. That toasted corn note is my favorite. Makes me feel like I am standing on a corner in a beach town in mexico, eating street tacos and smelling corn getting roasted. It is smokey, but not that smokey.
