The cinnamon and star anise add rich fruitcake tones, the Tasmanian pepperberry leaf provides warmth rather than heat, and the lemon myrtle is a beautiful alternative to lemon peel.

Exceptional Aussie Gin
Very enjoyable gin, I will be buying this one again.
This is a great gin. It's crisp and smooth, and tastes interesting without being overbearing. It classes up a G&T or serves as a perfect base for more sophisticated cocktails. The professionals at Bitters and Bottles suggested it and I've now bought it multiple times!
A good tasting gin. Use very little tonic, a twist of lime with a block of ice.
A match made in heaven . . .
2 and 1/2 an ounces of this and a 1/2 of Lo Fi Dry Vermouth, stirred, up with a twist. Simply incredible!
I hate to play favorites but...
...this is my favorite gin. I have quite a collection at home and rarely buy the same gin more than once but this is the bottle I reach for over and over again and have purchased several times. They use whole oranges in the vapor basket while distilling and I love the combo of citrus and spice this gin has.
