After fermentation and fortification, this Oloroso is aged for 12 years in solera. Absurdly elegant with brown, velvety aromas and a pleasing palate that goes on forever, full of maple soaked raisins, hazelnut, almond, and walnut.

10 Stars! Best Oloroso I've Ever Had
Woah so much dang flavor, distinct maple notes on top of more typical nuttiness make me think of a bowl of warm roasted holiday almonds. Also not as astringent / acidic as many sherries, soft with an incredible finish that goes on forever.
