Made with 13 fresh herbs including gentian, juniper, peppermint, star anise, wormwood, bitter orange and yarrow. After maturing in Slavonian oak for 2 years, the amaro becomes complex, light, and floral with a pleasant balance of sweetness and bitterness.
I bought this for those nights where a beer or cocktail weren’t options, but I could enjoy something in the wee hours before bed. I’m fascinated with the Italian amaro labels and this one came recommended by the good folks of B&B. Delicious and working through the bottle.
