Sippers beware! Our lethal grog will sweep you off to Bali Hai... it’s up to you to find your way back! We’ve combined some of our favorite things here at B+B: Funky Jamaican Rum, Amaro, and obscure liqueurs, and made our own spin on some of the great Tiki classics of yesteryear.
The B&B Tiki Punch
- 3 oz Hamilton Jamaica Pot Still Gold
- 1 oz Ramazzotti
- 1 oz Fresh Lime
- 3/4 oz Clement Creole Shrubb
- 1/2 oz BGR Demerara syrup
- Combine all ingredients in mixing tin and shake well with plenty of crushed ice. Open pour into Collins glass and top with crushed ice until full. Garnish with full sprig of mint and serve with a straw.

Might want to change around the recipe to your taste. I found it to be a little too harsh, too Sprite like than a cocktail, so reduced the rum and added a little pineapple juice - hit the spot.
