Yanked from obscurity, unmalted wheat is the focus of this whiskey. Twice direct-fire pot distilled, the wheat is matured in a decelerated environment by using 50% ex-rye barrels and 50% ex-wheated bourbon barrels. Grains include unmalted Canadian wheat and malted rye from the UK. Tastes of butterscotch, light brine, english toffee, vanilla, spicy sultanas, and citrus.
